The deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled less than 14 days of your arrival date.

Terms and Conditions for Self-Catering Studio (gite)
If you would like to book, please contact us to confirm that the studio is still available before sending your deposit.
Once confirmed please send a 30% deposit is requested to secure your stay,
* Please do not send your deposit before confirming that the rooms are available! * When we have received your deposit we will confirm the booking. The balance is due no later than 6 weeks before the start date of your stay.
Bookings received 6 weeks or less before your arrival date must be paid in full.
A refundable 100€ breakage deposit is required on arrival.
Hot and cold water, bed linen (beds made up and changed once a week) and towels changed every 3 days are included.
Electricity is not included and is metered and charged at the end of your stay.
Cancellations
Cancellation must be made to us in writing and will takes effect from the date received by us, then the following charges become applicable: Prior to 6 weeks before your arrival date the deposit will be refunded in full.
4 - 6 Weeks before your arrival date 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
Less than 2 weeks before your arrival date no refund will be made, unless we are able to re-let the studio
and then whole cost less 25€ administration will be refunded

It is recommended that guests take out cancellation insurance.
The deposit payments can be paid
by French cheque (Payable to Chez Providence)
Or Paypal (if do not have an account we can forward you a PayPal invoice)
When we have received your deposit payment we will confirm your booking.
The outstanding balance (can be paid by French cheque, cash or PayPal) and is payable on departure.
